So I was snooping around in Forbes looking for my next status post, and to see what more I can do to sharpen my sales marketing techniques. Well let's just say I tripped and fell and landed on this little survey to tell me how creative I really am! &&&, on a scale of 1 and uhhh, I don't know, here are my fantastic results!

Long story short, in the business of painting and selling a dream that some may not readily see, you may need someone visionary to get the job completed. This makes a big, no HUGE difference in your home sitting on the market, then expiring, then sitting some more, before expiring again. Hey, there's a term for that, and a workout video too! ;)

In just a few minutes, thanks to this quiz I found on HOUZZ.com, you can painlessly decide if downsizing may right for you, or if this is a topic that may need further attention to address. The instructions are as follows: Each picture will have options, jot down the number of your answers and thoughts to be added up, towards the end is an answer key. Take quiz and post your comments questions or concerns.

A Quick Downsizing Quiz for the Undecided

Architecture, interior design, and more ∨

Home improvement can start with something as minor as installing track lighting or ceiling fans.
A home remodeler or residential architect will see the potential in the architecture and building design of your home.

^^^^ The Left and Right Arrows above will safely guide you through this quiz.

Answer Key:

13–21: You are definitely not a candidate for downsizing.

22–30: Brace yourself — there is a move in your future. You are definitely showing signs of being bitten by the “maybe it’s time to downsize” bug.

31–39: Call the moving company!

Downsizing is a question that every single home owner will explore at some point in their home ownership career. The reasons could be endless, but when the time is right, it's just right! :)

If you're following my real estate career then it's no secret that this was my very FIRST agent/realtor/broker open house. Yes, my first! So before I do things, I like to see how it's done by the pros. With that said, I went to like 5-10 agent opens prior to my event. First thing I noticed was the flyers, and on the flyers were notable sponsors, but when I arrived the only sponsor that was there was the banker. WHY? If you're sponsoring my event, why not come on down to meet the people. So phase one of my open, recruit a team of professionals just as hungry as me! Like people attract like people, or at least so they say. And just like that, a team was born, my flyer was made, and my very first event was set.

Over 20 agents made it, the event was a success, &&&, let me be the first say, these three individuals all have the work ethic and business personalities I would refer out on ANY giving Sunday! And since I am in the business of referral please tell the guys it was Kali that sent cha. ;0)
